Trisha’s Session — The Shaman, The Marble City & The Codes
Introduction
Trisha’s session takes her on a profound journey through several different experiences of consciousness, exploring themes of ancient wisdom, healing, connection and remembrance.
During the session, she experiences a life as a Shaman, working with spirits and helping others, before moving into higher realms where she connects with the Marble City, crystal chambers and the deeper knowledge held within consciousness.
Her journey continues through experiences connected with Sirius, Egypt and the understanding of codes carried within the soul and DNA. The session also explores themes of energy, the shift taking place on Earth and the role of remembering who we truly are.
Chapter 1 — The Shaman in the Ancient Forest
Trisha is taken back to a life where she experiences herself as a Shaman,
connecting deeply with nature, healing and ancient wisdom.
F: I want you to go back to a place where you can see yourself and tell me what you see.
T: I can see a forest.
F: Are you in the forest or are you looking at the forest?
T: In the forest.
F: What can you see? Is it just trees?
T: Yes, it’s old though.
F: How do you know it’s old?
T: It’s Jurassic.
F: Can you see anything else apart from trees?
T: No.
F: I want you to look down at your feet now and tell me what you see.
T: Dirty.
F: What colour is the skin?
T: Dark.
F: Are they big or small?
T: Big.
F: Hold your hands out in front of you and describe your hands to me.
T: Big.
F: Is there any jewellery on them?
T: No.
F: Look down your body now and see what you’re wearing.
T: Not much.
F: Can you describe what you’re wearing?
T: Just a skin.
F: Is it just on the bottom half?
T: Mmhh.
F: What about your hair and face? Can you describe your hair?
T: Long.
F: What colour is it?
T: Dark.
F: Is it tied back or loose?
T: Loose.
F: Are you wearing anything on your head?
T: No.
F: Can you describe your face?
T: Craggy.
F: What about your eyes?
T: Dark.
F: Dark brown?
T: Mmhh.
F: Would you say you’re good looking or plain? How would you describe your looks?
T: Handsome.
F: How old do you feel?
T: 35.
F: What’s your name?
T: I don’t have a name.
F: How do you feel? Do you feel fit and healthy?
T: Strong.
F: Do you know which country you’re in?
T: Africa.
F: Do you know whereabouts in Africa?
T: North.
F: Do you know what year you’re in?
T: No.
F: So you’re there in the forest… are you actually walking?
T: No, just standing.
F: Are you holding anything?
T: Yes, it’s like a staff… wooden.
F: What’s the point of that staff? Why are you carrying it?
T: For guidance.
F: How does it guide you?
T: There’s energy there.
F: In the staff?
T: Yes.
F: How does that work? How do you get the energy?
T: I just know… I hold it up to the sky.
F: And that brings the energy in?
T: Yes.
F: So the energy comes from the sky?
T: Yes.
F: Where does it actually go when you bring that energy down?
T: Into the staff.
F: It goes into the staff?
T: Yes.
F: And that helps you?
T: Yes.
F: Does it go anywhere else apart from to you?
T: Into my hands and my arm and my body.
F: So why does the energy come to you? Why have you got that staff? Who are you?
T: A Shaman.
F: So what do people know you as?
T: Doctor.
F: Just Doctor?
T: Yes.
F: They don’t call you by your name?
T: No.
F: So you’re just going through this forest?
T: Yes.
F: Do you know why you’re going through the forest?
T: Looking.
F: What are you looking for?
T: Stones.
F: What for?
T: Ceremony.
F: Is it a certain type of stone that you’re after?
T: No.
F: When you’ve got the stones, where do you put them?
T: Around the fire.
F: Where you are now, is there a fire there, or do you take them back to the fire?
T: Take them back to the fire.
F: How do you carry them from there? Have you got something with you?
T: It’s only one stone.
F: It’s only one stone… but you’ll know it when you see it?
T: Yes.
F: What kind of stone are you looking for? What colour and what size?
T: It’s grey with a vein.
F: So does the vein mean something?
T: It’s a black vein.
F: What does that mean?
T: It’s a grounding stone.
Chapter 2 — The Village, the Fire & The Sacred Ceremony
F: I want you to move away from that scene now and go to the place where you live. See it from the outside and describe it to me.
T: It’s a clearing and there are people, there’s fire and tents.
F: Can you describe your place where you live?
T: My tent.
F: What colour is it?
T: Brown.
F: Go inside the tent now and tell me what’s inside.
T: There’s a fire in the middle and a pot.
F: Is it quite cold where you are?
T: No.
F: So the fire is for what reason?
T: Potions.
F: So you live with the villagers?
T: Yes, to the side.
F: I want you to go to a time when you’re eating a meal and describe what you see and where you are.
T: I eat alone but they bring me food.
F: Where are you when you eat?
T: Outside the tent.
F: So you can see them all?
T: Yes.
F: Do you all eat together in the village?
T: They cook together, I eat at my tent.
F: What are you eating today?
T: Meat and some root vegetables.
F: Do you like what you’re eating?
T: It’s okay.
F: Do you have a drink as well?
T: Yes.
F: What are you drinking?
T: Tea.
F: Where do you get the water from to make that?
T: There’s a stream.
F: Can you see the stream?
T: No, it’s beyond…
F: I want you to focus on one of the women there. Just look at any woman and tell me what she’s wearing.
T: Skin.
F: What does her hair look like?
T: Long.
F: Is it flowing freely?
T: Yes.
F: Is she wearing any kind of headdress?
T: She’s got beads around her head.
F: Is that like a crown?
T: Three rounds of beads.
F: What colours can you see?
T: Green, brown and blue.
F: Do you know where she got the beads from?
T: No.
F: How many people would you say live in the village?
T: Fifty.
F: Do you know what the village is called? Does it have a name?
T: No, because we move.
F: So you move around quite a lot?
T: Sometimes.
F: Do you have any family there?
T: No.
F: I want you to drift away from that scene now and go to an important day in that life—one that you regard as important because something is happening. Go there now and tell me what you see.
Chapter 2 - The Blessing of the Chief’s Son
Trisha explores a mysterious city of marble, uncovering memories
and experiences from another time and place.
T: There’s a ceremony.
F: What’s happening?
T: I’ve got a cape of animal skin on and a headdress.
F: What does the headdress look like?
T: Tall, with feathers and animal heads.
F: Animal heads on your head?
T: Yes.
F: More than one?
T: Yes.
F: What animal are they?
T: Deer.
F: Can you describe it?
T: It’s like a deer skull, then feathers and beads.
F: What is the ceremony about?
T: A child.
F: Can you explain more?
T: A special child has been born. It’s a blessing.
F: Who is this child?
T: It’s the son… the Chief King.
F: So you’re blessing him?
T: Yes.
F: Is that your role?
T: Yes.
F: Where is the baby now?
T: His mother has him.
F: When you bless him, what do you do?
T: Hold him up and speak.
F: Who are you blessing him to?
T: Gods.
F: Do you know his name?
T: No.
F: Is that all the ceremony involves?
T: Yes.
F: What is the purpose of it?
T: So he’s protected.
F: How are you feeling?
T: It’s a happy day.
F: So everyone is celebrating?
T: Yes. It’s a happy day.
F: How old are you now?
T: Forty.
F: Do people still call you Doctor?
T: Yes.
F: Are you still in the same place?
T: A different place.
F: I want you to drift away from that place now and go to another important day in that life where something is happening. Go there now and tell me what you see.
T: I'm old.
Chapter 3 – Crossing Over
Trisha is taken to Egypt, where she explores another lifetime and the experiences, knowledge and connections that come forward from this ancient civilisation.
F: How old are you now?
T: Sixty.
F: What's happening?
T: I'm in the tent.
F: In your own tent?
T: Yes.
F: Is this a different place from the last place that you saw?
T: Yes.
F: So what's happening?
T: I'm not well.
F: What's wrong with you?
T: I'm old. The women are tending to me.
F: Do you feel like this is the last day of your life?
T: Yes.
F: Have you managed to pass your information on to anybody else?
T: Yes.
F: Who have you passed it down to?
T: It's a girl.
F: Is she there with you?
T: Yes.
F: So she knows what she's doing then?
T: Yes.
F: Is she any relation to you, or is she just one of the villagers?
T: We have a special bond.
F: Is that why you picked her?
T: She has the knowing.
F: So what do you see now? What's happening?
T: She's kneeling at the side of me.
F: How are you feeling?
T: Happy.
F: Is there anybody else in the room?
T: Other ladies.
F: So you're just feeling old now?
T: Yes.
F: And you're sixty?
T: Yes.
F: What is it that's causing you to be so ill? You say you're just getting old, but what is it exactly?
T: My breathing is bad.
Crossing Over
F: Let's move you a little further on to the time when you actually pass over. Tell me what's happening.
T: I've already died.
F: What did that feel like, coming out of your body?
T: It's a happy day.
F: Would you like to go back slightly to when you actually pass over and see what it feels like?
T: It feels like an opening up.
F: Whereabouts?
T: My body opens and I just step into space.
F: And how do you feel when you do that?
T: Free.
F: So now you're on the other side of your life. Can you see your body?
T: Yes.
F: What's going to happen to your body now?
T: It's being prepared.
F: And then what do they do with it?
T: It's burnt.
F: Where do they burn it?
T: On the edge of the village.
F: Do they have a ceremony when you pass?
T: Yes. I'm dressed.
F: Now you're looking back on that life from a different perspective. What was the reason you chose that life?
T: To work with the spirits and help people.
F: In that regard, do you feel it was a good life?
T: Yes.
F: So you're happy with it?
T: Yes.
Chapter 4 – The Marble City and a Familiar Friend
Trisha witnesses herself assisting with a birth, experiencing the deep connection between life, healing and the arrival of a new soul.
F: Let's see if anybody has come to greet you. Is there anybody there with you on the other side?
T: Yes.
F: Who is it?
T: It's a man.
F: Do you know him?
T: Yes.
F: Who is it?
T: It's a friend.
F: A friend from that life you've just been in?
T: No.
F: So it's a friend from which life?
T: A different time.
F: But you're familiar with him?
T: Yes.
F: So what's happening now?
T: It feels more otherworldly.
F: Is your friend going to take you somewhere?
T: Yes.
F: Can you describe what's happening?
T: It's the Marble City.
F: Is that in front of you, or are you there?
T: He's leading me there.
F: How is he leading you?
T: Sort of floating.
F: So you can see the Marble City?
T: Yes.
F: What colour do you see it as?
T: Bright colours... the marble is white.
F: As you look at yourself, what do you look like now?
T: Taller... very tall.
F: Can you see your face?
T: Yes.
F: What does it look like? Can you describe it?
T: Very smooth, white... pale.
F: What about your eyes?
T: Clear blue... very clear... white hair.
F: Would you say you were attractive?
T: Yes, very.
F: As you look down your body, what do you see?
T: A white robe.
F: Carry on telling me what you're seeing.
T: I've been here before... it's a crystal marble city.
F: Do you know where you are? Are you in a different dimension?
T: Yes.
F: Are you on a planet?
T: Yes.
F: Do you know which planet?
T: No.
F: Carry on telling me what you're seeing.
T: Just beautiful scenery.
F: When you say scenery, what are you looking at?
T: Fields and bright colours.
F: So the marble and the crystal have fields around them?
T: Yes, in the distance.
The Crystal Library
F: What are you going to do there now? Is your friend still with you?
T: Yes.
F: What's happening?
T: We're in there now... just quickly jumped.
F: What do you see?
T: Really high walls... crystal walls.
F: What are you doing in there?
T: There are other people... just walking... all in white robes.
F: Do they look the same as you?
T: Yes.
F: What about your friend?
T: Yes.
F: So what are you doing in that room?
T: He's taking me to a room.
F: What does it look like from the outside? Has it got a door?
T: No, just an archway.
F: Go through the archway and tell me what's in the room.
T: It's books... but there are no books. It's like colour in the crystal that changes colour, but there's information in there.
F: What shape is the crystal?
T: It's flat.
F: Is it something small or big?
T: It's the size of a book and it's flat, but it's got information. You put your hand on it... all the records are here... all knowledge is here.
The Healing Chamber
F: What's happening now?
T: I'm walking in the room... it's a big room... he's taking me to another room that's inside this room.
F: What's that like?
T: Smaller.
F: Is there anybody else in there?
T: No.
F: It's just you and your friend?
T: Yes.
F: So what's in there?
T: Oh... it's a chamber.
F: What kind of chamber?
T: It's red... it's red crystals... we sit in here.
F: Why? What's the reason for sitting there?
T: It's a healing chamber.
F: So you're sitting down in the chamber?
T: Yes.
F: Can you lie down or do you sit?
T: There's somewhere to lie.
F: What do you do?
T: I lie.
F: Are you lying down now?
T: Yes. He goes now.
F: So what happens in this chamber? Is it like a big red circle that you're in?
T: It's like a red cabin... a cave.
F: Why is it red?
T: For cleansing and recharge... it's powerful.
F: How does that feel?
T: Good.
F: Can you feel it running through you?
T: Yes.
F: How does it feel?
T: Like waves.
F: A bit like a pulse of energy?
T: Yes. It's like blood.
F: So the red energy is running through you?
T: It feels like it's a circuit.
F: Is there much to heal?
T: It needs rebooting.
(I remain quiet for a few moments, allowing Trisha to experience the healing.)
F: How long do you have to stay there?
T: It's quick.
F: Do you feel you're healed now?
T: Yes... he's come back now.

F: What's happening now?
T: We're going back into the information.
F: Is this where the other people are?
T: No. There's just us.
F: What are you going to do?
T: He wants me to put my hand on one of the plate things.
F: Tell me what happens when you do.
T: It's warm and the colours change. It's like reading.
F: Is it about your life?
T: Yes.
F: How many lives are in there?
T: It's just one.
F: Is that the life you've just been in?
T: It's a memory.
F: What's the memory?
T: He wanted me to remember.
F: What's it about?
T: The connection to the Gods.
F: When did you have that connection?
T: In a different time... a different planet.
F: Which planet?
T: Sirius.
The Keeper of the Codes
F: Were you male or female?
T: Male.
F: Go to that point and tell me more about yourself.
T: A Gatekeeper... a Keeper of the Code.
F: What code is that?
T: Truth... one of the truths... mankind truth.
F: Can you explain more?
T: Sacred... the connection.
F: The connection between what?
T: Mankind... the sacred connection between the planet and mankind.
F: Can you explain more about that connection?
T: Communication... channels... ensuring some of mankind maintains communication channels with the planet.
F: Is that the only life where you remember that connection, or were there others?
T: There's more.
F: Where?
T: It goes all the way back... to just energy.
F: So in that life on Sirius, what did you look like?
T: Not really human... it's darker there.
F: When you say darker, what colours do you see?
T: Browns, reds and blacks... it's darker.
F: You say you don't really look human?
T: No.
F: Can you describe yourself?
T: More animal.
F: Do you walk on two legs?
T: Yes.
F: Can you describe yourself a little more?
T: Big... a bit furry.
F: What does your face resemble?
T: A little bit wolf-like... but kind eyes... and robes and a headdress.
F: What does the headdress look like?
T: Gold.
F: Is it like a crown around your head?
T: No... it's big... gold... gold and red and jewels.
F: Where are the jewels from?
T: From the mines.
