We moved away from that life and then I asked to speak to Trisha’s Higher Self (HS) to ask questions.
F. I know you could have shown many lives to Trisha today but why did you choose to show her the life as ‘Doctor’ who was the Shaman?
HS. So she knows who she is
F. So she knows that she can do those things, she's got the experience hasn't she?
HS. Yes
F. What about the life of Sarah in Egypt why did you want to show her that life?
HS. Wisdom...... how to connect...... the connection’s there
F. So how does she get that connection in this life?
HS. She needs to slow down
F. Ok so is there anything else she should be doing apart from slowing down?
HS. Listening
F. So the little life at the end where she was helping the midwife why did you choose to show her that life? Why did she go there?
HS. To help
F. Was it to help the mother or the child?
HS. The child
F. So what made that child important, why did she have to help it?
HS. It's a connected child
F. Connected to what?
HS. The planets
F. So who was it? Would she know her as anybody she knows?
HS. No it's just the job.... The mission to be placed where required

HS. The energies dense at the moment, so holding

HS. Everybody's code is slightly different
F. So is the code anything to do with the DNA?
HS. Yes
F. So the coding is in the DNA is it?
HS. Yes we're unlocking the DNA
F. So how many strands of DNA has Trisha got now that are open?
HS. 60
F. So is that actually strands or within the strands?
HS. It's the coding within
F. We have 12 strands but there's a lot within those 12 strands isn't there so when you see it as the 12 strands how many of the 12 are actually open and activated?
HS. 10
F. Ok good thank you. I'd like to ask if there is anybody in any of those lives that you've just shown her that are actually living in her life with her now?
HS. The little girl is part of her family lineage
F. And did you choose to go into that family line because it's an important line?
HS. There's lots of damage in the line. Lots of code
F. So she came in to do the healing for that line then?
HS. Clearing the damage to enable the code to be visible
F. Ok thank you, so now I'd like to move on to the health questions, why is she always lacking energy?
HS. It's taken a long time to separate from the third dimension, to feel safe enough to step away from it, connections with 3D was draining but the connection to the code now is stronger
F. Why now?
HS. The journey that she's been on
F. Ok we'll talk more about that later so what's her energy going to be like from now on?
HS. Better.... 5th dimensional energy..... the bandwidth is increasing.... darkness is moving
F. Is that something that she's doing on her own or is she getting help from others around her……is there other ET's helping?
HS. Yes
F. What are they actually doing?
HS. Moving the vibrational energy so opening up the band width and the awareness..... People can feel energy now..... The race is getting more aware of the complexities of life and energy
F. She wants to know why she feels her body is out of control which means that she doesn't trust it really...... because she gains weight and then she loses it regardless of what she's eating so could you explain to her a bit about that and what's happening?
HS. It's energy….. it's all energy
F. So what happens when she feels like she's out of control and she is gaining weight?
HS. It's about grounding... sometimes the frequencies are really high and the codes still need to be worked with so to ground the physical body to enable her to work
F. So the frequency and the energy comes into her from outside the planet so when she grounds does that go into the ground as well so she's like a battery really for the Earth?
HS. Yes a conduit
F. So what's the best way you recommend for her to do that and ground?
HS. It's a challenge..... It's always been a challenge but water
F. How does that ground?
HS. It stabilises her
F. Should she bless the water beforehand?
HS. No the awareness is the blessing
F. Is there anything else that she should do apart from drink water?
HS. No
F. What about actually going out into nature?
HS. Water depends on the energy… sometimes the energy is high so the water is best
F. And then that flushes through her and goes to the Earth
HS. Yes
F. Ok so why does she get overwhelmed sometimes it takes months for her to recover?
HS. It's a complicated coding system...... The family
F. What about the family?
HS. With the family the protection is also needed which means there is a sense of separation and that's ok. So protection around the family.....around herself
F. Do you mean around herself to protect her from the family or around the whole family?
HS. Around herself
F. So why does she get overwhelmed by it – Is it just too much to handle sometimes?
HS. Yes
F. Why does it take months to recover though?
HS. Because the Frequency isn't compatible when the family are in Crisis, the frequencies don't match and if not protected the frequencies don't work together and she becomes depleted
F. So the protection that you’re talking about…. what's the best way to do that?
HS. Grounding with the water and reminding herself that she's to protect herself from the family
F. So for the protection would you recommend that she puts a light around herself?
HS. A bubble.... Gold bubbles...... Shutting down the frequency because it becomes fractured
F. Is there anything else that you want to say to her about that?
HS. No
F. So why does she feel a low level of depression and a distrust of life most of the time?
HS. Because she forgets what she's doing.... trust!
F. But she knows now doesn't she?
HS. Yes
We then continued on with the body scan and personal questions.
F. Why does she feel like her life isn't real, she's felt that right from the start?
HS. Because a lot of it isn't real
F. Can you explain more to her about that?
HS. It doesn't feel real when she forgets her connection
F. So it's like a disconnect is it?
HS. Yes
F. So can you just explain to her about reality, is it all an illusion?
HS. It's an altered reality state that gives her the opportunity to play out scenarios to release frequencies that are no longer necessary to remove through genetic lines and all code and unravel the genetic lineage to work with the grid and to support the influx of the higher energies and to maintain the separation between the light and the dark and reinforce the new light energies... to support that. Co-working predominantly on the edges of the dark
F. So where is she? Is it just a small fraction of her down here or is she projecting from where she is... what's actually happening with her?
HS. To be in the earth’s energy at this time the majority of your frequency has to be present to sustain and maintain this body because the frequencies are so complex
F. So is there anywhere else that she is at the moment even if it's just a small part of her?
HS. Language is sometimes difficult, the connection to her home planet is always there and aspects of the frequency is there but the intensity of this life journey requires a lot to be present at this point here now which is where the discord and the disconnect comes into play because there's so much here which means there's a sense of disconnect with home
F. So I wasn't sure if she was actually on the planet Sirius and she was just projecting from down here…. so she is fully here but now she knows she's got that connection to Sirius.
HS. Yes
F. Why did she sense the black spider under the stairs?
HS. It was the introduction of the frequency to the darkness so the sensitivity and awareness of the presence of the dark energy. It was present within the home to have that awareness of a difference in frequency between her own and recognising dark
F. So it was a bit of a tester for her then?
HS. Yes
F. She vibrated a lot when she was around 5 years old - what was that all about?
HS. Transmuting energy
F. Even at that age?
HS. Yeah
F. So is that linked to the spider or... was that around at the same time?
HS. It was around different individuals so in the presence of certain people or certain locations
F. So has she done that as an adult....vibrating like that…. or was it just when she was a child?
HS. Only as a child.... The resonance and the frequency and the transmutation of frequency, she hears it in her ears all the time as the energies fluctuate and transmute
We asked some more personal questions and then asked more about the removal of blockages referring back to the scan
F. How will she feel now… now all these things have been removed?
HS. 5D ready
F. Why does she trigger everyone?
HS. That's part of their journey
F. So she's like a catalyst to help them move on is she?
HS. Yes
F. So how is her shift going at the moment because there's all this energy coming into the planet in pulses and we've got all these solar winds hitting us..... how's her body doing.... how is she doing?
HS. Pretty good
F. Is she in 5D now?
HS. Most of the time
F. How does she know when she's in 5D and when she's fluctuating?
HS. She doesn't think when she's in 5d
F. She doesn't think?
HS. No........ Over and over the same thoughts
F. That's 3D yes?
HS. Yes
F. So it's like a loop?
HS. Yes
F. Can we stop those thoughts from happening?
HS. Yeah again it's trust.... 1 foot in one world and one in the other....... And just trust… step out of the three and into the five and just trust. It's hard to just disappear from the familiar that made sense for so long and there's just those little bits of familiarity that keeps pulling her back but she’s 85% the way there now
F. Right ok when she's fully there will the world appear different or will it be the same vision?
HS. She sees it differently yes
F. So what about Dolores Cannon....she said that we'll see a new Earth, like the colours are completely different and brighter,
HS. That's right
F. So will she see that?
HS. She already sees it
F. Good. So is there anything else that you would like to say to her about the shift....her shift should I say....at the moment?
HS. Just trust that it's ok to step out of the 3D....... Just trust
F. Is there anything that we've missed today that you’d like to say to her while she's in this state?
HS. Remember to go in, not as deeply as you think, just behind the glass
F. Ok and what about her work because she's doing hypnotherapy isn't she, is there anything that she needs to add to that?
HS. At the moment her energy is being utilised to complete the family dynamic and bring that to a conclusion to support that healing process
F. How long has she got with that, has she nearly done?
HS. Yeas
F. So linear time wise how long would you say?
HS. 4 to 6 months
F. Ok good, so by the end of the year she should be in a completely different place then?
HS. Yes
F. So as regards the hypnotherapy she's going down the right path is she?
HS. On some levels it resonates with her and on other levels not so much but its early days and it will evolve into something that feels right
F. And what about the Reiki should she be doing that as well?
HS. That's all part of the feeling right with regard to the hypnotherapy, she'll find her own way of doing what she's been trained to do by using her instincts to guide her in the best way to facilitate for others, it'll be an amalgamation of things which she can't see yet
F. So why have you brought her to me today is there a connection between us two?
HS. Yes
F. What's the connection?
HS. Soul family tribe....yes there's an energetic resonance between our frequency and soul and understanding on soul level, the mission's similar

HS. Because it's only ever the right time when it's the right time!
