Introduction
Sam's session begins with an extraordinary journey into the spirit world, where she reunites with her parents and learns about life beyond death before being shown a past life as a Native American warrior.

Chapter 1 – Journey to the Stars
Sam's journey begins with a passage through light and colour into the spirit world, where she experiences an overwhelming sense of peace, recognition and home.
F: Just explain to me what you're seeing.
S: It's kind of like a mustardy colour with red bits running through it... lines... and I can only see that it leads on, but I can't see the end.
F: Do you want to go down it?
S: I've been following it on my cloud...
I'm going through it.
F: Describe to me what you're seeing.
S: It's sheer... it's darker colours... dots, like rain falling through it...
You kind of see the drops of rain...
It's fine rain...
It's all dark, like a midnight blue...
I feel like there's light above my head...
White light.
F: So, as you look up, can you see this light?
S: Yes.
F: Alright then, would you like to carry on through the tunnel?
S: The light's more interesting.
F: Do you want to go towards the light instead?
S: Mm.
F: Just see what energies you get there.
S: The light's like a volcano, pointing down out of the sky...
A warm white.
F: Is it moving, or is it just stable?
S: It radiates light, sparkling around it.
F: Do you feel like you want to go towards it or just observe it?
S: No, I want to go to it.
F: When you get there, tell me what you're feeling and what you see.
S: White becoming more of a cobalt blue...
It's enticing...
It's got a sparkly edge around it, but I can't...
F: Right, is it still like a pyramid then, or has it changed now?
S: No, it's like the edge of a volcano...
Like the mouth of a volcano...
And as I look in, the lights go back inside.
F: Right, where do you want to go next? Do you want to investigate?
S: Yes.
F: Just tell me what's happening as you do it.
S: The lights go up.
It gets narrower.
It's all straight up...
I'm looking at stars.
F: So you're in the universe, are you?
S: Yes.
F: Do you see the universe as dark or light?
S: It's a combination...
People.
F: You see people there?
S: Yes.
F: So when you say "people", do you mean humanoid shapes?
S: Humanoid shapes...
Silhouettes.
F: It sounds beautiful.
S: I feel immense.
F: Are you still in humanoid shape, or have you changed?
S: I feel like I've just blown open...
I'm miles big...
Wow.
F: I'm just going to give you a moment to enjoy that.
S: (sniff)
Feels like home.
F: When you say "feels like home", is it home?
S: (crying)
Yes.
F: So describe to me what you're seeing now.
S: Oh... beautiful colours...
Right there below.
I feel...
I feel people...
I feel souls.
F: Are those the souls that are with you that you can see, or is that every soul in the universe?
S: I can see some...
I feel millions...
Oh wow...
They're all around.
F: What form are you in now? Are you just light? What's happening if you look at yourself?
S: I'm like a little star.
I've got a bright core...
And I radiate...
Just radiate out...
All the way...
Every angle.
F: So the other stars that are in the universe, are they the same as you?
S: Some are, some aren't.
It feels that there are loads and loads around...
Thousands of little stars...
Some closer than others.
Then there are others that take on the shape of a human-type form, and it seems that's their way of highlighting themselves...
Drawing my attention to them.
F: Right, so the humanoid shapes you're seeing as stars, why are they trying to get your attention? What's the connection?
S: People I love.
F: So the people that you love, are they from planet Earth?
S: (whimpers) Yes.
F: You know them from there?
S: Yeah. (sniff)
F: So they're showing you that they've gone on to become stars.
S: My parents.
Chapter 2 – Reuniting with Loved Ones
Drawn towards two familiar stars, Sam experiences an emotional reunion with her parents and receives messages of love, reassurance and guidance.
F: Do you want to go over to them and communicate?
S: (sniff)
Yes.
F: Who do you want to go and talk to first?
S: They're together. (laughing)
F: Are they? When you say they're together, are they one star or are they two separate stars but close to each other?
S: Yeah...
Two very strong stars next to each other.
F: Okay... are you with them now?
S: Yes.
F: What do you want to say to them?
S: Thank you...
For everything they did...
It fell on deaf ears sometimes.
F: What was their reaction to that?
S: Smiles and hugs.
F: (laughing)
S: They loved me anyway.
F: So what's happening now? Are you just hugging each other?
S: Yeah...
They're well...
They're whole...
They're healed...
They're happy...
They're pleased I made it...
But they're telling me I can't stay here.
F: They're happy to see you as well.
S: Yeah...
They're pleased I made it...

F: Now I'm just going to leave you there to enjoy their company, okay?
I'll leave you there for a few moments...
Does your mother have a message for you?
S: Yes.
F: What does she want to say to you?
S: She stuck her head in her hands because she was frightened she wouldn't be able to cope.
F: But she did, didn't she?
S: She did.
F: So what do you want to say back to her?
S: She did what she needed to do.
She handled it the best she could.
We took care of Daddy when she'd gone...
She knows it.
F: Yeah... and she's happy to be with Daddy now, isn't she?
S: Yeah.
F: Is there anything else?
S: She does visit.
She loves us all...
She loves me...
Be happy.
F: Does she know you're having this treatment with me?
S: Yes.
F: And is she happy about that?
S: Very.
F: Good.
Is she going to help during this session?
S: Yes.
F: Good. Well, we're very happy to have her here.
S: She's in the room...
She's to your right.
F: I can feel her. (laughing)
Yeah... and I'm picking up on the emotions...
(sniff)
Okay, shall we speak to your father now?
S: Yes.
F: What does he have to say?
S: (laughing)
"Good to see you, kiddo."
(laughing)
F: Is there anything you want to say to him?
S: I miss him...
I miss his wisdom.
I see him in the boys...
He taught me a lot...
I'm finding out he taught me more than I realised.
F: What did he teach you?
S: Depth and understanding.
He was a deep thinker...
Yet a man of few words.
But he saw through things.
He could wake people up.
F: So a natural intuition?
S: Yeah...
Yeah.
F: Is there anything else he wants to say to you?
S: He tells me I'm strong.
F: Has he any guidance as to where you should go next with your business?
S: Got to do what's right...
Make sure people are okay...
Then get that done and move on.
F: Does he see you actually working with horses?
S: (laughing)
Bloody things...
(laughing)
He's telling me,
"I'll tell you not to, and you're going to do it anyway."
(laughing)
Oh dear.
F: So is he happy where he is now?
S: He is.
F: He's very happy to see your mother as well, isn't he?
S: Yes.
F: So when he passed over, was she there waiting for him?
S: Yes.
F: And she helped him get to where he is now?
S: Yes.
F: Is he aware that we're doing this session now and I'm here in the room?
S: Yes.
F: And is he going to stay with us as well?
S: He'll stay in the background.
He'll step in if he needs to.
F: Well, he's going to stay in the background, but I think your mother is going to help a little more because I can really feel her.
Can you connect with your mother again?
S: Yes.
Chapter 3 – A Mother's Journey Beyond Life
Sam's mother now shares her own experience of passing into the spirit world,
describing the loving welcome she received, the healing that followed, and the
peaceful place where souls recover before continuing their journey.
F: Okay, can she explain a little about how she became a star? When she passed over, could she go through the experience that happened to her?
S: Yes...
Her parents came.
Her parents came for her...
And she lifted out of her body.
F: So she saw her parents before she actually passed over?
S: Yes.
F: Okay, and what sort of form were they in? Were they looking the age they were when they passed over, or did they look younger?
S: They looked in their prime.
They weren't frail.
They were strong...
They were in their prime.
They weren't young teenagers...
Thirties...
Forties.
F: Okay, carry on. So they came to get her, and what happened then?
S: She left her body.
F: Did she feel any discomfort at that point?
S: No, she didn't.
It felt like she was being released...
How it came was like an upsurge of energy from the heart...
Up and out of the body.
F: Right. Was anybody around her when she actually passed over?
S: Harriet and I were with her.
F: Okay, so where were you sitting?
S: I was on Mum's right...
Harriet was on the left.
F: So where were her mother and father in relation to where you were?
S: They were in the ceiling above her feet...
In a vortex.
F: So how did they get through the vortex?
S: They waited in the opening of the vortex.
At first she just saw their faces.
F: So where did the vortex lead to?
S: The vortex is dark...
She's floating up...
It's dark...
She's in a field!
F: In a field?
S: Yes...
It's like a tunnel...
She's in a field...
With her parents.
F: Do you mean like a green field?
S: Yes...
And then they're in a room.
It's like a room in a cabin.
F: Yes.
S: There are other people.
F: Are these people she knows?
S: Yes.
These are her...
My great-grandparents.
F: Right.
S: They're welcoming her.
They're in humanoid form.
F: Is that so she can recognise them?
S: Yes...
So she knows who's who.
F: Does she know what their true form is?
S: She's realising it because she knows she's in a different form...
She's light...
And they're humanoid shapes.
It looks like a physical body...
But they're radiant.
F: Right, so it's like a blueprint of the physical body...
Just light?
S: Yes.
F: And is she in that form now as well?
S: She went over and she was just like a little star.
F: Right.
S: They recognise her...
And she's now taking on the form of them.
They're telling her she needs healing.
F: Can I just go back?
As she was going through that vortex, what did that feel like?
S: Woosh.
F: (laughing) Very quick then, was it?
S: Yes.
F: Did she realise what had happened?
Did she realise she had passed over?
S: Yes.
F: Good.
S: She wasn't fighting it.
F: No.
S: She knew it was time.
F: Was she happy that you were okay with her going?
S: Yes.
F: So she didn't feel she had to stay any longer?
S: No...
She knew we were behind her going.
F: Can you tell me what's happening now?
S: She needs healing.
They told her it's like R & R...
"You need to heal, and then we can show you this world."
She needs time to heal properly...
To adjust...
To learn what the new world is all about.
F: What does she do next then?
Do they guide her somewhere, or does she stay in that cabin?
S: No, they guide her.
That was like a little meeting room.
F: So where does she go from there?
S: They're going outside.
They're in a meadow...
Rolling hills in the background...
It's beautiful.
This is the place where she will stay and heal.
She'll have somewhere to rest...
Be looked after...
Her family will be around her...
They'll visit...
They'll help her.
F: So when you say she's resting, how does she rest?
Is she lying down or sitting?
S: It's almost like meditation.
She lies around...
Slowly...
Slowly at first.
They're just guiding her...
Pointing things out.
F: And how's she feeling while she's there?
S: Better...
Lighter...
Pain-free...
Glad to see her parents.
Father's on the right...
Her mother's on the left.
F: The visions you're getting now...
Is your mother actually connecting with you and giving you these thoughts and images?
S: Yes.
F: Is it possible for part of her to still be on Earth, or is she fully there, healing?
S: She's whole there...
Healing.
F: What happens next then?
S: There's somebody with a great deal of healing power.
There's an aura around this...
I wouldn't say person...
This light...
This light being.
F: Is it still humanoid, or has it changed shape?
S: It's changed shape...
It can move.
F: So it's like an orb?
S: Yes.
It's an orb that can change.
Sometimes it's longer...
Almost cigar-shaped...
It changes according to the intensity of what's coming from it...
The healing...
The colour deepens.
F: What colour is the aura?
S: The aura goes from pale lilac...
To a deep, deep violet.
F: Does it actually change colour?
S: The colour stays the same.
It's always white in the core...
A beautiful sparkling white...
Like sparklers.
The aura changes around the outside as it changes shape.
F: Does your mother actually see the same thing you're seeing as a human?
S: No.
She sees differently now.
She sees the stars...
The essence of each person within the star.
It's a feeling...
As well as seeing.
