Chapter 1 - The Crystal Cave
Introduction
Abigail begins her journey high in a spectacular mountain range, where she discovers a hidden crystal cave unlike anything she has ever experienced. Within it lies a pool of living water, immense crystal formations and a gateway between worlds. As the session unfolds, she begins to understand the deeper purpose of this sacred place and embarks on a remarkable journey through time, Earth and the stars.
A: I see some really high mountains, a huge mountain range. Snow-capped mountains, green vegetation growing but much lower down in the valley there's a huge mountain range and I am up really, really high in the mountains.
F: Okay, and as you look down at your feet, can you tell me what you see?
A: Men's feet.
F: And what are you wearing?
A: My feet look quite tough and, for some reason, I've got my shoes off.
I don't normally go barefoot there.
F: Okay, and as you look up your body, if you could look at your hands and tell me what you see.
A: Men's hands again. Fine and my skin is like a reddish-brown colour. Not very hairy or anything like that.
Not adorned with rings or anything like that, nice hands... nice-looking hands.
F: As you look at yourself, you can come out of your body and have a look at yourself, can you describe what you are wearing?
A: I'm wearing a pair of canvas trousers and much heavier layers of cloaks or coats on the top.
I've got shortish dark hair.
I'm wearing a hat with ear flaps on it.
My skin is a reddish-brown colour.
It's really lovely.
A nice, rich colour.
Very nice skin.
Oily and a very smooth complexion.
A young guy...
I don't know whether I am, or if I just look young.
F: Can you see into the eyes and what colour they are?
A: Blue...
Even though that wouldn't suggest it with the skin tone and dark hair.
They're very, very light.
Almost iridescent blue.
F: Going back into your body, do you feel healthy?
A: Yes.
I feel supremely healthy.
And really happy as well.
Really smiley.
A sort of buoyant character.
Really lovely white teeth when I smile.
F: What kind of age do you feel you are?
A: I'm probably in my thirties.
F: As you go back to the feet, you say you are barefoot.
Do you know where your shoes are?
A: They're near me.
I've got them.
I'm really excited about something and I'm pointing to something.
I've got everything I need with me.
I've taken them off on purpose because I'm going to do something.
I don't know what, though.
I've come up there to do something and I think I'm with someone else.
But I'm excited...
And I'm pointing up at something higher up in the mountain.
F: Can you see what you are pointing at?
A: It's a cave.
There's a hole like a cave higher up.
I've been trekking for some time to get there.
Now I've spotted what I was looking for.
It's quite a small entrance.
F: What is it that you're looking for within that cave?
A: I don't know.
I'm really excited about it.
Excited that I've found it.
I've got to do something there...
Some sort of ceremony...
Or I've got to wait there for some reason.
I'm not sure.
But I know I want to get up there.
I'm really excited that I've found this little cave because something is going to happen when I get there.
F: Okay.
Do you know which country you're in?
A: I'm not sure.
It's either South America...
The Peru area...
Or Nepal.
Somewhere like that.
There is a really big mountain range.
It's absolutely incredible.
Clouds at the tops of the mountains.
Snow-capped peaks.
F: So do you know which mountain range it is?
Does that come to mind?
A: No... I'm at home here.
F: Moving you along...
You're in the cave.
You're waiting for something.
Can you tell me what's happening?
A: I am waiting for something.
It's not a body.
It's something that's going to happen.
I have to climb up.
It's like shale...
Slippery...
And I have to clamber up there.
It's somewhere that people have gone for a long time.
Somewhere that not a lot of people know about.
F: So is it something sacred?
A: Yes...
Definitely.
F: Okay.
I want to move you on a little so we can get some more information about it.
Go forward to actually being in the cave.
A: There's a light...
A hole at the top of the cave.
Actually, it's a huge cave once I get inside.
It's a narrow passage...
Very cold inside.
Ah...
There are huge crystal formations.
There's a hole at the top of the cave letting in a beam of sunshine.
It's lighting up a pool of very, very clear water.
A bright electric azure blue.
There are crystal formations.
Some really big crystal formations.
Actually, now I've come in...
It was very cold initially...
But the crystals are really buzzing.
There's a huge amount of energy in them.
I'm really excited like I can't quite look.
It's almost like something I've been told about...
And now I've come to see it for myself.
I've discovered it.
I've got to do something here.
I'm on my own.
F: Okay, so you're on your own?
A: Yes.
F: And the crystals...
How are they placed?
A: They're jutting out of the cave sides.
Almost like the struts of a cathedral.
F: And how many are there?
Can you count them?
A: There are eight that I can see easily.
Lots of smaller crystals around the base of them.
There's a hole nearer me.
Then, just beyond that, these crystals rise up and interlock.
F: Okay.
So are they on all sides or just one side?
A: They're on both sides.
They interlock at the top.
Almost like the struts in a cathedral.
F: So the sun is hitting them at the moment and they're buzzing?
A: The sun comes in through the roof of the cave...
Shining into this fantastically bright azure-blue water.
Just beyond that...
This is where the crystal temple bit is.
Chapter 2 – The Living Water
Within the cave, Abigail discovers that the crystal pool is far more than ordinary water. It is alive with energy, carrying information and acting as a gateway between worlds.
F: So I just want to ask you about the water.
Are there any crystals within the water?
Why is it that colour?
A: Because it's incredibly clean.
When I touch the water it doesn't feel like ordinary water.
It feels slightly viscous.
Not sticky...
But silky.
It's like silky water.
It's alive, actually.
F: So is it like a cleansing water?
A: Yes.
It's an information water as well.
F: Can you actually get into it?
A: No.
I wouldn't get into it.
I can put my hand in it, but that's not what it's for.
It's not for bathing.
I want to drink...
I'm going to taste it.
That's what I feel compelled to do.
That's okay for me to do.
But I wouldn't bathe in it.
It tastes fantastic.
It's really incredibly clean and alive.
It's silky...
Buzzing somehow with energy.
It's not like normal water.
It's dripping down from the top of this hole where the cave is.
It drips down into this pool.
It's obviously coming from somewhere.
Then it forms this little pool.
There aren't any crystals in the water...
Ah...
Yes, there are actually.
It's held almost in a bowl of crystal.
It's not a smooth bowl.
It's jagged.
Almost like a rock pool.
The bottom is made up of lots of small crystals and bits of rock intertwined.
F: Okay, so the crystal bath...
I'm saying it is.
That's very interesting.
So that's very cleansing for you?
A: It's more than that.
It's actually somewhere where dimensions meet.
There's water coming through that has this information.
It pools in this crystal.
Then these crystals beam it out.
They amplify it somehow.
So even though we are at the top of the mountain...
It's almost like we're at the bottom of something else where this water is dripping through.
It's hard to explain.
It's like this water is dripping through from somewhere else.
F: So would you say it is a portal then?
A: Yes.
F: And do you know where that portal leads to?
A: It leads to a temple complex somewhere along the way.
I can see another huge stone temple complex amidst a rainforest jungle.
It's much hotter there.
A completely different climate.
Actually...
It's got quite a few destinations that I could go to.
Somewhere like a snowbound region.
The Arctic...
Or the North Pole.
Completely covered in snow.
F: Do you think that's where the water's coming in from?
A: Yes...
Maybe it's coming from this polar region.
It's almost filtering from somewhere else.
It comes through as water and pools here.
The crystals amplify it.
You have to get to the top of this mountain...
Really, really high up.
But it almost feels as though where the water comes in is the bottom of something else.
Like the underside of an icy world.
The water somehow comes through from there.
F: I want you to go back to the cave now, away from that other set of mountains.
Describe more of what you're seeing.
You've got the crystals like a cathedral.....
A: It's just a huge craggy rock cave.
Dark flinty stone.
Smaller quartz crystals.
Then, on the other side, these huge pieces of quartz.
Massive.
Thicker than my body.
Much bigger.
They interlock.
I think there are eight of them.
If I walk towards them and climb around the side of the pool, I can see they're almost geometrically formed.
F: I want you to remember everything about this cave because after this treatment I'd like you to draw what you see.
A: I really like being here.
It's tremendously exciting.
I feel overwhelmingly happy here.
I'm absolutely buzzing.
Really excited.
F: So is there another reason for you being here other than simply finding it?
Or is it something that is going to affect your life?
A: Yes.
It's somewhere special to me.
It's almost like I've reached a point in my life where I'm allowed the knowledge to come up here.
So this has been revealed to me somehow.
It's almost like the stuff of myth.
But I've discovered that it's true and I always knew it was true, but it was like a hidden story or I wasn't believed or something like that, and it's almost like I've been vindicated.
I knew it was here and finally I've found it.
