Sigita's transcript
Introduction
Sigita begins by finding herself on what appears to be a barren, lifeless planet with a red-brown mosaic-like surface and a poisonous atmosphere. Although she first believes she is standing on the planet, she soon realises she is more like a translucent, humanoid presence than a physical being. As she explores further, she discovers she is not actually living on this world but has simply stopped there during her travels.
She describes herself as part of a group whose purpose is to travel throughout space, helping to maintain and support countless worlds, comparing their role to the unseen crew who work behind the scenes of a theatre production. While taking a short break from her work, curiosity leads her to explore this strange planet before the session moves on to a much more significant event.
Chapter 1 – A Curious Traveller
F: Just tell me what you can see.
S: The surface is kind of red or brown. It’s kind of put together from loads of pieces... I don’t know.
F: So you can see red pieces?
S: The surface is a kind of very red and brown ground.
F: And you’re on a planet?
S: Yeah, I think I am, but it is quite a boring planet.
F: Boring? (laughs) So there’s nothing to see apart from the surface?
S: Yes, boring. There is not much, no colours, there are no interesting things to see.
F: But you have red pieces. Do you mean like pieces of the surface, cracked?
S: The surface is kind of like a mosaic.
F: So are you inside or outside?
S: It’s outside.
F: Are there any buildings there?
S: Hard to say. It is quite foggy or gassy. The sky is like fluffy white things, like a gas sort of. It does not look like it’s very safe to be.
F: How does it feel? Warm or cold?
S: It is kind of neutral. I think it is poisonous. The planet is just not habitable.
F: As you look down at your feet, what can you see?
S: I just see the ground and the surface.
F: Do you feel like you are in a body?
S: I feel a sort of a body, yes. I think I do.
F: Can you step outside of it and look at yourself?
S: (Laughs softly.) I don’t know. At first I felt like I am more like... a shadow... like a silhouette.
F: So you are translucent?
S: Yeah, kind of like human... I’m not really solid.
F: But you are humanoid?
S: The shape of my silhouette.
F: Are you there on your own?
S: I could be, yeah. But again it feels like it is kind of just a little stop, you know.
F: A stop-off. Do you have a ship with you?
S: I think I might have something. One scene just came into my mind... I think I just discovered this place.
F: So you actually found a planet?
S: Yeah, but this is kind of... nothing like a planet. It’s just some kind of space.
F: Are you investigating it?
S: I think I am just curious. I wanted to go for a while, just on my own.
F: Do you know where you are originally from?
S: I am from somewhere. I like how we are. (Laughs.)
F: You like where you are?
S: No... I like who we are. (Laughs.) It’s just amazing... so beautiful. We work hard and we help. We have loads to do, but we also have loads of fun. And we can go everywhere we want as well.
F: That sounds wonderful.
S: (Laughing happily.) It is very, very fun. I think I just decided to go for a rest. It is kind of travel. I can do whatever I want really. I found this place... it is so exciting.
F: Are you actually between lives, or is this a life?
S: It is a very complicated question. I am not really in a life, but at the same time I have things to do. There are so many things... it is all really very interesting. It feels like space with loads of different planets and lives. I’m like a kind of technician or an engineer.
F: So you travel around setting things up?
S: Imagine there is a theatre and a play that has to be performed. There are all these people who work behind the scenes to make sure everything is how it’s supposed to be. We are not the ones who wrote the play. We just set up the props and make sure everything goes fine.
F: Is that what you are doing on this planet?
S: No. I’m just having a break... having fun for a short while before something else needs to be done.
Chapter 2 – A Home Among the Stars
F: I’m going to move you now to an important day in that life. Tell me what you see.
S: I am in some kind of ship... a corridor. There is also a kind of bend in the side and light is coming from there.
F: You mean it’s curved?
S: Yes.
F: What colour is it?
S: Maybe grey, but it’s hard to see because the light is quite bright from the walls.
F: What are you doing there?
S: I think I am worried... or scared a little bit maybe. I need to go there. There is someone there. It is kind of a big spider or something. A mechanical one. It stands in my way.
F: A mechanical spider?
S: Yeah.
F: Can you get it to move?
S: I just stand still and it leaves.
F: So what is happening now?
S: I don’t know... but I feel very sad.
F: Why? What has happened?
S: Somebody... someone very dear to all of us... I think they’ve just been attacked. It is our house. Our place. Someone has been there. (Begins crying.)
F: The ones you are with, what do they look like?
S: I can’t see anyone yet. Everyone is sad.
F: Do you feel male or female?
S: Kind of both.
F: Are you humanoid?
S: Yeah, we are humanoid.
F: Is this a ship or a home?
S: I think it is a ship, but it is like home. We spend loads of time here.
F: Like a mothership?
S: Yeah... I suppose. We are mostly here.
F: Can you see the faces of the others?
S: There is no light. Nobody really wants to be seen.
F: Has somebody died?
S: I missed it because I was not there. I was somewhere else.
F: Could you have done anything?
S: Probably nothing. I just feel sad because it happened.
F: Who did this?
S: (Laughs gently.) I think they are Greys.
F: What did they do?
S: They came into the main room where we all work. It is where all the technical things are. They made a massive mess. Many things are broken. Nothing is working. The lights are off.
F: Did they do it deliberately?
S: I think we knew they would do it, but they just don’t understand. They don’t have empathy. They are not bad... they just don’t understand. It was so beautiful.
F: Are the Greys organic beings or artificial intelligence?
S: They are more like artificial, but they have something organic with them. They just don’t have a sense of respect or kindness.
F: Do they live on the ship?
S: No. They somehow got in.
F: So this is where you and your group live before travelling elsewhere?
S: Yes.
F: Do you know where this ship originally came from?
S: I think it is from a very, very beautiful place... (emotionally) ...I miss that place so much.
Chapter 3 – A Beautiful World Beyond Earth
F: Does your home have a name?
S: I don’t know... it probably does.
F: Can you see the planet? Can you describe it? Is it in the same solar system as Earth?
S: It is very far away.
F: Is it in this dimension?
S: I don’t think it is.
F: We think of different levels or dimensions on Earth. Can you tell me which one it is?
S: It could be the fifth. It is definitely not less than five.
F: Can you describe the beings from this place?
S: I haven’t been there for a long time.
F: Can you look at yourself, as though you were looking into a mirror?
S: (Long pause.) We are very beautiful.
F: Can you describe your features?
S: Not yet... I can’t really see them.
F: Are you part of a council or a group on the ship?
S: Yes, we are some kind of group.
F: Are you close to your leader?
S: Yes, very close.
F: Can you see your leader?
S: This is a sad moment. Nobody really wants to be seen.
F: That's fine. You're doing really well. I'm going to move you now to the last day of your life there. Tell me what you see.
S: I see my friend.
F: What is happening?
S: I don’t want to go.
F: Where do you have to go?
S: Somewhere that won’t be as much fun... Earth.
F: What is happening on this last day?
S: I’m in my room getting ready. (Laughs softly.) I’m not very excited, but I have to do it.
F: Do you know what you're preparing for?
S: There is a sort of computer in my room. I need to prepare and receive information.
F: I'm going to move you forward to the moment your life ends. Tell me what you see.
S: I am very tall.
F: Can you see yourself now?
S: Yes. I’m lying down wearing a white and gold robe. I feel like a king, and there are little blue creatures around me. They are not real beings... they are more like robots. They are preparing me, like doctors in a hospital. They are much smaller than I am.
F: What happened to you?
S: Nothing happened. I just had to go somewhere else.
F: So you chose to leave that body?
S: Yes. I had a very good life there. Now I have to experience something different.
Chapter 4 – Choosing the Earth Experience
F: Earlier you said you were going somewhere you didn’t want to go. Is this part of that?
S: Yes.
F: Can you see yourself more clearly now?
S: I look very human. I have golden hair.
F: Can you describe your face?
S: I have a beard... it is golden too.
F: And your features?
S: I am very old... very, very old. I have been there for a very long time. I think I look mostly human.
F: What happens to your body after you leave it?
S: The little blue beings do something with it.
F: What do they do?
S: They put it somewhere. It might be used again.
F: So they preserve it?
S: They work on it somehow. I felt like a king. I had a lot of gold on me.
F: Can you see what you were wearing?
S: A robe.
F: Now that you've left your body, what do you see?
S: I’m leaving... going away.
F: Do you know where you're going?
S: I’m travelling up through space. It’s funny because I’m going backwards. I can’t stop looking at that place. I really don’t want to leave.
F: Did you enjoy that life?
S: Yes. I feel like I will go back there again.
F: What was the purpose of that life?
S: There was a lot of work to do. I don’t feel like I’ve lost that life. I feel like I could return to it.
F: Perhaps that’s why they’re preserving the body?
S: Kind of. That is my body there. I could go back. I probably will.
F: So where are you going now?
S: Earth. It looks like Earth. There are lots of things floating around it.
F: Are you going straight into another life?
S: Not really. It doesn’t feel like I’m coming from a life. It’s something different. Now I’m going to Earth.
F: Why do you want to come to Earth?
S: Because it is so different. Where I come from everything is beautiful. Earth is much harder, but I feel I have to come.
F: Is it to help humanity?
S: At first I need to learn what it is to be human. Then I can help.
Chapter 5 – Learning to Be Human
F: So you're coming to Earth to gain experience before helping humanity?
S: Yes. First I need to understand what it is to be human.
F: How many lives will you have on Earth before you return?
S: I can go whenever I want. I just feel it will be very hard, but I need to experience as much as I can.
F: Earlier you said you didn't want to leave your home. Was Earth what you were talking about?
S: Yes. Compared to where I come from, Earth is a much harder place to be.
F: Are you around Earth now?
S: I’m floating around it.
F: Will you be going into a body?
S: Possibly. I’m just floating for now.
F: Is anyone with you?
S: No, but I’m perfectly fine on my own. I’m brave, I feel safe, and nothing can really hurt me.
Higher Self Insight – Remembering Home
After this life, I called in Sigita’s Higher Self and asked where she had originally come from. At the time no clear answer came through. However, after the session Sigita told me that the word Andromeda had come into her mind during the regression, but she hadn’t mentioned it because she thought she must be mistaken.
One of the fascinating aspects of these sessions is that they often continue to unfold long after the client has gone home. Memories, insights and confirmations frequently emerge over the following days or weeks, as though the session has opened the door for more information to come through.

A few days later, Sigita emailed me with further memories and experiences that she felt were connected to her session.
Email from Sigita
"I also researched the Andromedans and realised that I most likely was one of them. I remember feeling and understanding that my planet was very far away and so beautiful, with incredibly vibrant colours.
The other thing that came to me was that I had lived on that ship for a very long time. Apparently, Andromedans live for thousands of years by our measurements. Alex Collier also talks about these Andromedans and says they live on a ship not too far from Earth. That made me wonder if I had lived on that ship, which would explain why I felt my home planet was so far away.
I also remember thinking 'Andromeda' when you asked me where I was from, but I didn't say it because I thought it must be wrong, as Andromeda isn't a planet.
When I saw my body after death, I was tall and had white skin. Apparently, the skin of Andromedans turns white when they die. I also remember seeing small lips and a long, straight nose. Looking back, I feel that the clothes I was wearing and my hair seemed to be more like ceremonial decoration for the body after death."
A Further Update
A few days later, Sigita sent me another update about an unusual experience she had after her session.
"I have to tell you about my strange experience. Some three or four days after my past life regression, I woke up in the middle of the night feeling my whole body in an extremely strong vibration, especially around my head area.
I felt like I was awake but still not fully awake. I wasn't dreaming, but what I saw around me were beings that looked like Andromedans or Arcturians, dressed in greenish-grey robes.
One of them was holding their hands around my head, almost like a form of Reiki. I had the feeling that they were healing my emotional body or something similar. I remember thinking that I just needed to quickly go to the toilet and then come back so they could continue.
I didn't see them physically in my room. It was more like being surrounded by a dark fog. It felt as though I was still in my room, but also in a different dimension or reality."
Fran's Reflections
Sigita was led to me after reading an article about QHHT. At the time of her session, she knew very little about different beings, the planets they came from, or the information that often emerges during this type of work. She had only a basic awareness of UFOs and hadn't read any of Dolores Cannon's books until after her session.
I found this particularly interesting because she described everything exactly as she experienced it, without trying to fit it into any existing beliefs or knowledge. Only afterwards did she begin researching some of the details that had come through during the session, discovering fascinating similarities with information she later found for herself.
Every QHHT session is unique, and you never know where the journey will lead. For many people, the experience doesn't end when the session finishes. Memories, insights and a deeper understanding can continue to unfold for days or even weeks afterwards, making each journey as individual as the person experiencing it.
