Elizabeth continued

F. So is there anything that you need her to do next on her path?

HS. She's following all the guidance. She doesn't hesitate. She still suffers from fear a little bit, which she knows, but she's overcoming that. This

year has been so difficult for her but the purpose of this year was to teach her to not be afraid and that's what she's done. That's why she's had to go through the hard times this year…….that's why she's had to go through it. She knew this anyway. Everything that I'm saying to you now is something that she already knew because we told her but she doubts what she hears sometimes, which is human nature. We're not going to take that away from her. Everything she's been through has placed her on the pathway and she's had to overcome a lot this year and the fear that she's felt she has pushed it aside. She's pushed it aside because she's going to need to continue to do that. Not as difficult as what she has this year, as she has come out the other end, but there are going to be circumstances in her future where the fear cannot stop her because we need her to be courageous to get this message out.

F. So you’re saying then that she's on the right path now?

HS. Yes

F. So is there anything that you'd like to say to her now about the fear? Is there any advice you'd like to give to her that you've not said already?

HS. Get rid of it, it's an illusion, it's not real, fear is not real, it's fabricated by this world. There's nothing to fear there's nothing to be frightened of.

F. So is she actually creating the fear herself?

HS. Yes, just as any other human does. They have no idea that this world that we live in is a fabricated concoction of conflicting situations for us to experience all of what we are not. People say that fear is the opposite of love, it is not, nothing is the opposite of love, nothing can match love. Fear is not real; you have nothing to be afraid of.

F. So the illusion that Elizabeth is living in, is she actually in charge of that illusion of her world? Have we all got our own individual worlds and they cross over?

HS. Yes it’s very complex. You make a decision in life and you go and live that decision that you make. However, there is always a separate part of yourself that will make the other decision and live that life. To stand in human shoes and understand from a limited viewpoint, there are many different lives that you live depending on the choices that you make, depending on the choice that leads you to that reality.

F. Okay, so the reality that Elizabeth is in at the moment,that’s the one with the most energy, so she's living that one and she knows that she's living that one.

HS. Yes

F. And the versions of her that have gone to the side, have they got a consciousness or is it just something that's playing out?

HS. There is a consciousness there but it is not the dominant consciousness.

F. Right. So how do we know when we're talking to somebody that we've got their dominant version of them, and not just one that's gone off to the side?

HS. Look within

F. Alright thank you. So first thing in the morning is when she gets instructions and guidance, who is that, is that you that's coming through?

HS. Yes

F. Okay so why in the morning?

HS. We will capture her before the day has started, before her conscious mind starts taking over and she starts thinking about the job she has to do. She's more open to the messages.

F. Okay good so what is she actually doing in the night when she's asleep?

HS. She's meeting with……………she's a member of the Galactic Federation of Light.

F. That was a question that's going to come up. So is that why she gets the tingles when they come into her awareness, it's like a recognition?

HS. Yes she’s a member of the Galactic Federation of Light and at night she goes, she sees them, she speaks to them. They are the Guardians of mother Earth. They are the Guardians.

F. Are they actually bringing information through to her as well as you or is it just you?

HS. Vice versa, they bring information to her and she takes information to them. Everybody works with everybody as one. She has a link. There is more to the link that she's not ready to know.

F. So it’s baby steps at the moment.

HS. Yes.

F. So what is she when she goes back to the ship?

HS. She needs to wait for that information……she’s not ready.

F. So could you just explain to her if she will just one day wake up on that ship when she's done her job here or will she go on to the New Earth? What’s her future?

HS. She will go to the New Earth. She will eventually come back to the ship but she……………..she misses it. So many people feel lonely and

alone and homesick and lost. But they're doing a job and they’re doing it well and we wouldn't be where we were in the shift if it wasn't for that work these people do. There are so many outside forces working against us but we're stronger now. We're stronger. The shift will take place and not all of the people of humanity will come but as many as we can get, and that's what you guys are doing.

F. There's quite a few ships around the sun at the moment isn't there?

HS. Yes

F. It almost feels like the whole of the universe is around Earth at the moment.

HS. Yes, there's so many working together, it's such a big thing going on. A lot of the ships around the sun are the species that live on the sun.

F. What do they look like?

HS. They're an energy, they are energy and they can take on whatever form they wish for the job that they have to.

F. So they shapeshift?

HS. Yes

F. So are they all benevolent?

HS. On the sun?

F. Yes

HS. Yes

F. So is the sun a portal as well?

HS. Yes, but what you see when you look at the sun is not what's underneath.

F. It's come through quite a few times that the sun isn't actually hot.

HS. It is on the outside, it isn't on the inside

F. But on their frequency is it still hot?

HS. Oh no, it doesn't affect them, that's why they can go home.

F. So, on the ship what does she actually look like? What type of being is she?

HS. Her form is very similar to that of a human. She wears a green suit.

She's of energy, but she has a suit when she's on the ship. There is no one form, she's of energy too.

F. Right so you say she's similar to a human.

HS. Yes

F. So when she's in that form, what colour is her skin?

HS. The same colour as a human.

F. And what about her hair, does she have hair?

HS. No

F. What about her features on her face, what do they look like?

HS. She has black eyes and a small nose

F. So the black eyes how big are they?

HS. Bigger than humans, not too big though, she communicates telepathically.

F. So does she have a mouth?

HS. No

F. No, okay and does she have ears?

HS. Yes

F. So is there anything else that you'd like to tell her?

HS. Just to keep asking, keep asking, she’s always asking for information, tell her not to stop. So we know, we know what she wants to know but we

have to drip feed it to her, we can’t give it to her all in one go but just tell her to be patient. I know that's difficult for her but we will keep moving her forward.

F. Ok good. Just going back to the green suit, what kind of material is that suit?

HS. Big, hard it’s a big hard skin, it's protected, it's hard but it's soft. There's no roughness to it. It's not like a dark green it's like a light green almost fluorescent.

F. So what does it protect against?

HS. The elements just like the humans.

F. On the ship?

HS. Yes

F. What are the elements on the ship?

HS. We travel to other planets. All atmospheres are different so on some planets we have special suits. So the elements are energy based.

F. So the elements are just different energies?

HS. Yes

F. She wanted to know the name of her higher self and which dimension are you in? So firstly which dimension or level are you on so she'd understand?

HS. Mmh with her levels! There are many levels, many many levels, we are above the Prophets but below the Creator.

F. So what level are the Prophets?

HS. I’m just going through Elizabeth’s recollection of levels…………eleven.

F. Okay, so that's where the Prophets are so where are you?

HS. We go above

F. You go above, right.

HS. But there are many many levels…..I'm trying to look at it from Elizabeth's viewpoint. [I didn’t get an answer as to the exact level as it seemed difficult for the HS to locate it in Elizabeth’s terms]

F. Do you have a name?

HS. No

F. Alright, so now we've got a few curiosity questions. A few years ago, she was visited by a little green man or maybe two in her bed. What was that, it looked like it had horns?

HS. It was her imagination, she imagined it.

F. Okay, how did that happen then?

HS. It was from the sleep paralysis, it was her imagination, she was fearful.

F. Okay, so did she have sleep paralysis at the time? (*one of her questions is asking why she has sleep paralysis which is why I brought it up)

HS. Yes.

F. Can you explain a bit more about that, why does she get sleep paralysis?

HS. From when she was younger she's always been tuned to different energies. She mixes it up. She gets them confused because she does get visits

from other energies and she confuses the energies when she comes out of sleep state. When she comes out of sleep state her spirit may of been off somewhere and she wakes up too quickly and her spirit hasn't come back into her body yet. So that's what paralyses her but because she's been visited by entities in the past she confuses it and it's her fear state.

F. Right, so there's nothing to fear, it's just that she's not back in her body quick enough.

HS. Yes

F. Okay good so when she was pregnant with her son a man spoke to her and said ‘excuse me’, what was that all about?

HS. It was her guide

F. Her guide, okay, who is her guide, could we bring him forward so they could speak to each other.

HS. Yes

F. So what is their name?

HS. We went through this the other night…….. Jafire.

F Jafire okay can I speak directly to him?

HS. Yes.

F. Thank you. Have you actually had a life on Earth in the physical?

G. No.

F. Okay so what's your connection with Elizabeth?

G. I was asked to look after her from having an association with her father…..her physical father and they brought me in to look after her.

F. So are you with her all the time?

G. Yes.

F. And have you been there since birth as well?

G. Yes

F. All right so why did you say ‘excuse me’ to her?

G. When she was pregnant with her son she was doing a lot of out of body spirit searches, she was going here there and everywhere. I don't know why she did that when she was pregnant. I said ‘excuse me’ as she was just about to go off and I stopped her from going so I shocked her.

F. So why did you want her to stay in the body at that point?

G. She was travelling too much and she was due to give birth to her son so she had to be there for that.

F. Okay so now Elizabeth has got you here and can actually communicate is there anything that you'd like to say to her?

G. Listen for my words. I always talk to you. I love you. You're doing well, you’re doing really well. You're following the signs you're following

the directions. I would love for you to achieve all of your dreams and I’ll help you…… I'll guide you…. I'll help and guide you in the direction that you want to go in. I'm always here. I'll never be anywhere else.

F. Is there anything that Elizabeth would like to say to him?

E. I knew I got the name right [laughing] thank you!

F. So if I could just speak to him again and just ask how many guides are with you? Is it just you or are there more?

G. Just three others

F. Three others right and are they constantly together with her?

G. Yes more or less yes

F. Okay, but you're the main one?

G. Yes

F. How can she differentiate between your voice and her higher self?

G. She will feel from the inside. She will know from inside but we work on the same premise anyway

F. So you're one and the same?

G. Yes we all are so I wouldn't worry too much about differentiating, I would worry more about hearing and listening and acting on it.

F. Thank you for your help. I'd like to ask if I can speak to the Higher Self again now?

HS. Yes

F. Thank you. A few years after she moved into her house, a couple of the neighbours told her that they'd seen a man standing in her garden, doing nothing, just standing and staring at the house - who was that?

HS. He was from the ship

F. Oh right, so why didn't she see him?

HS. She wasn't ready to

F. But it was all right for the neighbours to actually see him and tell her, but that sparked a bit of fear in her as well.

HS. It was indirect, we needed her to know, it was many years ago but she's never forgotten. When the time's right, she will remember. It was a being from the ship.

F. Why did he want to come down to see her?

HS. It was a gentle reminder that she's one of them.

F. Right okay. Did he look human?

HS. Yes.

F. How did he make himself physical?

HS. He shifted

F. Right, actually she did say that it was more of a shadow didn't she?

HS. Yes

F. Will that happen again, will she see him again?

HS. No that was many years ago. He came three times. And now she doesn't need that anymore. She has more contact now anyway.

F. Can you show her the ship that she goes back to? Can you give her a vision of it?

HS. We’ve sent that before.

F. Has she seen it from the outside?

HS. Yes.

F. So she knows what it looks like

HS. Yes

F. What about the meditation because she struggles with that, what does she need to do to get her a bit deeper?

HS. She receives guidance anyway. Each time her mind wanders, every time she knocks it back, she'll go one step deeper. Knock it back one step

deeper, knock it back one step deeper. So when her left brain tries to speak to her, ignore it - one step deeper, ignore it - one step deeper. And as she goes deeper and deeper, the vibration will rise.

F. So she's not got to think about anything or visualise anything?

HS. No

F. We were talking earlier about memories, when she came into the body in this life, and she was explaining that the conscious mind is the one that dumbs it all down and we forget the memories. Is there anything else that you could tell me about that situation when we come in?

HS. The actual birth process?

F. Yes

HS. Do you mean when the fetus is still within the womb?

F. It's the stage of where the actual soul of the baby comes in and loses all memories once there.

HS. Oh it’s the memory that you're trying to work out?

F. Yes

HS. Memory……..the purpose of the memory……..it’s abdicated willingly…....the purpose of the memory, it’s wiped so that….. free will……..so

the memories that you have of your true spiritual experience will not interfere with free will. So that you can experience Earth through the polarity, the conflict and true to your existence, all knowledge must be taken away.

F. Okay so it’s like you can’t really play the game with the memories?

HS. Yes. It wouldn't be freewill, the freewill would be useless if you had the memories there.

F. I'm just trying to find out how that process actually happens of how we lose the memories when we come in. So it's something to do with the conscious mind……. does it kind of get dumbed down by the conscious mind then?

HS. The conscious mind acts as the barrier, it's the human lower vibrational part, it's the human mind; it's to do with the grid of the brain waves.

One side is conscious, one side is subconscious. But it's the belief system, it's an agreement that happens and the belief system from your mind is programmed from nought to seven!

F. Is that anything to do with the chakras?

HS. No. The subconscious mind is programmed from nought to seven. The only way that you can alter the programming of the subconscious mind

from nought to seven is to reprogram. It’s like giving up alcohol or giving up smoking, you retrain the brain. So the way that you retrain the subconscious mind is by retraining the grid that the brainwaves go down and that is how a belief system works. So once you have a paradigm shift in your belief system the electric signals from the brain travel down the grid and the brain changes completely. So you go from abdicating knowledge to re-learning a spark of information, a seed of information is planted within you in your conscious, subconscious or your heart. Wherever the seed is planted within the body it branches off into different ways to spark other awareness and increases the knowledge that you hold within. The increased knowledge in the belief system thins the veil and opens things up.

F. So once you believe that you're a spiritual being and there is no such thing as fear that will reprogram everything.

HS. Yes. It's the same with affirmations; if you were to repeat affirmations over and over again from the conscious mind they're useless. To repeat

an affirmation without believing it, truly believing it, is completely useless. You need to use your creative powers and powers of thought, powers of word from a place of non-resistance.

F. Okay, that's really well explained.

HS. You cannot have what you do not believe you can have, it will not work.

F. And that brings us back to intent as well, doesn't it? [Yes] you've got to have intent in what you want or else it won't happen.

HS. You cannot have what you truly believe you cannot have.

F. Elizabeth mentioned as well about the beings that actually mated with the humans and they've got the bloodline, who are these beings because we hear about the Anunnaki and we hear about others, who was it originally who seeded……

HS. The Annunaki

F. Are they still around on the planet?

HS. No not on the planet but they are still around

F. Are they the cause of the interference here or is there something else?

HS. Not wholly but they are the root

F. So will they be coming back to Earth at all?

HS. Once the vibration rises, the rise of the Anunnaki and Reptilians………the Reptilians came to the planet for the rocks…… the minerals, they

were attracted to the planet because of the fear, when the vibration raises, as it will do, as we are on course to do, the vibrational level that we will reach will be repugnant to the species. It will not attract them.

F. Yes because it won't resonate with them.

HS. No

F. So how are we doing with the shift because you mentioned earlier on that she will be going to the New Earth. Can you give her any kind of time factor to that? When will she see the New Earth…..and I know she's getting glimpses of it now isn’t she?

HS. To put a date on it will be a mistake. So many people ask this question but to put a date on it, to a human, will be a mistake because they will

not live their life normally as they are supposed to do. It is soon; how quick depends on the vibrations of the people. There are a specific number of people due to go across to the New Earth, a number of people are already there. Once we get to that specific number of people coming into awareness, the shift will completely take place then.

F. Okay so what about the Event? The massive incoming energies that hits the planet which will shift us up in frequency; can you tell us more about that?

HS. When the actual Event takes place I see many asleep, because it's such a big Event many will be asleep when it actually splits but asleep for a

good few days…….three, four days and you won't realise, you'll just realise when you get up and go out the next day. The people on the old Earth will still be having their vibrations worked with to see if we can bring more over, the ones that don't raise their vibration enough to go over to the New Earth will be taken on ships when destruction hits the old Earth.

F. Right, so the ones that go on to the ships, where are they going to go or are they going to stay on the ships? And will they be aware that they're on a ship?

HS. Some will go to the New Earth and some will not. They will become aware of their true self without the death process and realise what an

opportunity they've missed within this life on Earth. I'm not sure which ones will go to the New Earth and which ones wont, it depends how much they've done on their journey but they will be shown the opportunity that they’ve missed from the ship, because they will see the New Earth and the old Earth and they will see the people on the New Earth are the ones that raised their vibration and came into awareness and remembered their true existence as a spiritual being.

F. So does that tie in with what I saw in my session where I was like an Historian explaining to people the process of what's actually happened? **(See my own session transcription of a future life)

HS. Yes

F. All right so that's going to happen soon and that's all we know.

HS. Yes, no time frame. It would not be sensible to put a time frame on it.

F. No, of course not. Okay well thank you for that. Is there any last message that you'd like to give Elizabeth today?

HS. She knows. She's on the right path. All she needs to do is follow the guidance, she's following that anyway, she has her eyes and ears wide

open. We’ll continue to speak to her and guide her just as we do with everybody. Some people are awake to it, others aren’t. We will continue to guide and send her in the right direction. She will accomplish what she's supposed to accomplish in this lifetime.

F. Good right, so is there any last message for me?

HS. Thank you. Thank you for the work that you do. Thank you for the time that you spend with people.
